If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’re here to help!
✅ Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
The product has been used, worn, or washed.
You simply change your mind about the size or design after delivery.
It’s a discounted or clearance item (unless it’s damaged or defective).
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you can choose a replacement or store credit.
In case of a refund, it will be processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay within 5–7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are only issued after we receive and verify the returned product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend keeping your delivery receipt until your return is confirmed.
