If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been used, worn, or washed.

  • You simply change your mind about the size or design after delivery.

  • It’s a discounted or clearance item (unless it’s damaged or defective).

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, you can choose a replacement or store credit.

  • In case of a refund, it will be processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay within 5–7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are only issued after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend keeping your delivery receipt until your return is confirmed.
